| Abstract: | An efficient synthetic method for stereoselective construction of asymmetric quaternary carbon stereocenters, bearing nitrogen in the form of Boc-protected allyl amines, has been developed. This methodology is employed in the synthesis of marine alkaloids, manzacidin A and C. |
