| Abstract: | In this paper a nonlinear boundary value problem which arises in an unsaturated flow with extraction is studied. A reciprocal transformation and the Hopf-Cole transformation are employed to transform the nonlinear boundary value problem into a moving boundary problem for which the Fourier series solution is obtained. |
