电镀综合废水的纳滤膜深度处理研究

摘    要:通过单根纳滤(NF)膜组件对经过超滤和反渗透膜处理后的综合电镀废水进行了NF膜深度回用处理.考察了进水压力、进水浓度、浓差极化现象对不同纳滤膜组件(NF90和NF270)分离性能的影响.结果表明,进水压力控制在1.6 MPa左右时分离截留效率最佳,而随着进水浓度的增加,NF90膜易受浓差极化影响,而当表面流速大于0.2 m·s-1时NF270受浓差极化影响较小,适合工程应用. 并通过工程实例试运行,初步考察了其工程应用的可行性.

Abstract:According to the research on working state of single nanofiltration membrane that dispose the synithetical electroplating wastewater,we investigat the influence of operating pressure, concentration polarization and different nanofiltration membrane modules(NF90 & NF270)on efficiency of interception. The NF270 system shows a high efficiency of interception when surface velocity is above 0.2 m s-1 and the operating pressure is about 1.6 MPa while the NF90 is highly influenced by concentration polarization. The reuse possibility of electroplating wastewater is initially tested through the engineering case.
