摘    要:针对铝电解工业中炭素回转窑二次风嘴使用寿命较低的现状,基于TRIZ理论,通过功能分析、三轴分析、问题求解、方案选择及综合评估等解决流程,从风嘴管结构形状、安装方式方面提出九种技术方案,可有效提高风嘴料间的黏附力、降低风嘴管内外温差造成的风嘴料开裂脱落,对提高二次风嘴使用寿命,获得较高的物料实收率方面具有现实意义。

Abstract:Based on short service life of secondary air tuyere for carbon rotary kiln in aluminum electrolysis and the TRIZ theory,nine kinds of technical schemes available to structures and installation modes are offered. By function analysis,three axis analysis,problem solving,project selection and comprehensive evaluation,a series of technical schemes is adopted properly to improve cohesive strength among refractory castables,as well as to reduce the chipping impact of air temperature difference. The paper has practical significance to effectively increase the service life and actual yield of carbon rotary kiln.
