Identification of parameters in nonlinear boundary-value problems

This paper presents a method for identification of parameters in nonlinear boundary-value problems. The successive approximations technique proposed uses the theory of Lagrange multipliers and the Newton-Raphson method. This method does not require storage of functions and is quadratically convergent.
