摘    要:本文对核酸探针技术进行了较全面的综述,介绍了核探针的制备及非放射性标记方法,并对核酸的Southern转印杂交,Northern转印杂交,InSitu转印杂交及斑点杂交法的原理及应用进行了简明的评述。

Abstract:Nucleic acid probe technique and its application are reviewed with 56 references. The preparation of nucleic acid probes and their labelling methods are introduced, especially for non-radioactive labelling methods. Several most commonly used nucleic acid hybridization methods, e. g. Southern blot, Northern blot, Dot blot and in situ blot hybridization are briefly stated. It is certain that the study on the labelling methods of non-radioactive nucleic acid probe, DNA sequence determination by hybridization and the combination of PCR and hybridization will become the most attractive direction in this area in the future.
