摘    要:传统的优化过程用户不可控制.优化结果固定,不便于改动.这种情况极大地影响了优化在实际工作中的应用.本文介绍一种可视键控优化技术,即通过人工按键来改变参数,计算机实时显示起重机的形状,并计算其所有的设计指标.这实际上是一种计算机辅助人工优化.采用这种方法,优化过程开放,用户可以清楚地看到参数、设计指标和几何形状,所见即所得.实现这种方案的关键是限定特定的机械.在双梁门式起重机CAD系统中把这种方法作为优化方法的补充和后处理,效果很好.

Abstract:The process of the ordinary optimization can not be controlled. The result is fixed and not convenient to change. This greatly influences the practical use of the optimization. In this paper a visual key controlled optimization method is introduced. That is, changing the parameters by pressing the key manually, the computer displays the geometical figure of the crane and calculates all design values of the crane. That's a computer aided manual optimiaztion really. In this way, the process of the optimization is open, the parameters, design values and geometrical figures are all clear to the user, just what see, what get. The key of realization for this idea is to restrict to a certain kind of machinery. The effect of using this method to the CAD system for double beam gantry crane, as a complement for the ordinary optimization,is very well.
