Abstract: | A simple method for measuring the Q (quality factor) value of an NMR sample coil based on an impedance matching principle is described. This method has the advantage of utilizing a signal generator and reflection coefficient bridge rather than an expensive high-frequency Q meter and offers an alternative means of measuring the Q value of an NMR sample coil or any other radio frequency coil. |
