农村教师补给中若干问题的政策学分析

农村教师在数量和结构上的有效补给,是提高农村教育质量的基础,也是实现教育公平,实现城乡教育均衡发展的重要保证。目前我国农村教师补给政策供给不足、配套性不够;现有农村教师补给政策实施中执行力不强;各项农村教师补给政策的宣传也不到位。完善农村教师补给政策应做到：要建立健全农村教师补给的编制政策;要加强对各农村教师补给政策的宣传;要在农村教师补给政策的实施过程中不断完善相关配套政策;要推进农村教师补给的政策创新。

The Policy Analysis on Some Existing Problems in the Supply of Rural Teachers

The effective supply of rural teachers in quantity and structure is basic to improve the quality of the rural education,and also an important guarantee to achieve education equity,balanced development between rural and urban education.At present,our supply policy of rural teachers is still insufficient and inadequate,and also its implement and propaganda need to be stronger.Perfect the supply policy should be：to establish a sound rural compilation policy about teacher supply,to strengthen the policy advocacy, to perfect the related policies during the policy implementation,and to promote policy innovation.
