分光光度法中多目标最优化的研究

摘    要:本文简要地阐述了多目标最优化的数学原理,并以平均吸光度A和相关系数R为目标,采用复合形法对Mo-BPR-CTAB显色体系的实验条件进行了优化考察。本法用了伪随机数和K~2=n~2构成复合形的初始顶点,同时采用惩罚因子,按去劣存优的原则进行迭代计算,获得一组最佳的实验条件,结果满意。本法可用于有约束的多目标多因素的最优化。

Abstract:A complex method is applied to select the optimum developing condition of the Mo-BPR-CT-AB system for the spectrophotometric determination. The average absorption A and coefficient in-terrelation R are applied to the objective function The original apex point of complex has beenstructured by the false random number and k=n~2. The punitive factor is applied. According tothe principle of eliminating the base and retaining the optimum as well as iterate calculation, theoptimum experimental condition was obtained. The experimental results are satisfactory.
