| 摘 要： | 尼罗罗非鱼肠甚长,回旋十分复杂,可分为十二指肠、前肠、后肠和直肠,这4部分的组织结构均由粘膜,肌层和浆膜组成.粘膜肌层缺如,使固有膜与粘膜下层不分.肌层由内环和外纵肌层组成,薄的浆膜覆于肌层.

| Abstract: | The intestine of Oreochromis niloticus is very long conovluting in a very com-plicated manner and is divided into the duodenum, anterior intestine, posterior intes-tine and rectum. The histological structures of intestinal wall of these four portions are composed of mucosa, musclaris and serosa. No distinct sparation between lamina propria and submucosa due to the absence of muscularis mucosa. The muscu laris consists of inner circular and an outer longitudinal muscie layers. A thin serosa covers the muscularis. |
