The conclusions of part I Z. Physik211, 195 (1968)] are revised: the nuclear energy changes within an isomultiplet, so that the change in the charge radius cannot be derived from the energy difference. The three-parameter formula for the charge density does not remove the discrepancy found in heavy nuclei with the two-parameter formula.
