| 摘 要： | 以经济国际化、高科技、网络为特征的新经济正在迅速改变人类的一切.以资本和财力运作为基础建立起来的资本主义价值观体系已成为新世纪社会向"高度发达的文明新阶段"迈进的严重障碍.创建以知识为基础的全新的价值观体系是历史发展的必然,而它的建立是一个渐进过程.文章对初露端倪的部分价值观进行了论述,并依据我国实情,就如何殚精竭虑地发展我们自己提出了相应建议.

| Abstract: | The new economy characterized by economic internationalization,high technology and the Web is rapidly changing everything.The capitalist value system based on capital and financial power has become a serious obstacle toward moving into a new era of highly advanced civilization in the new century.Creating a completely new value system based on knowledge has become a reality of historical development;but its formation is still a progressive process.The article dwells on the embryonic part of such a new system,and according to our national reality,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to develop ourselves. |
