摘    要:将石墨烯(GR)滴涂至裸Au电极表面,并以邻氨基酚为功能单体,芦丁为模板分子,制备了芦丁分子印迹膜电化学传感器,利用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)对制得的传感器进行了电化学性能研究,并且对制备条件和测定条件进行了优化。结果表明,与裸Au电极相比,该GR修饰的Au电极在[Fe(CN)_6]~(3-/4-)溶液中峰电流明显增大,显著提高了芦丁分子印迹传感器的灵敏度。在最优实验条件下,基于GR分子印迹电化学传感器在4.40×10~(-6)~2.80×10~(-4) mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为1.46×10~(-6) mol/L。用该传感器测定了黑茶中芦丁的含量,获得较好结果。

Abstract:A molecularly imprinted polymer with incorporated graphene (GR) was fabricated as a electrochemical sensor for determination of rutin.The polymer membrane was prepared by electropolymerization with rutin as template molecule and o-aminophenol as functional monomer.The electrochemical behavior of rutin on the modified electrode was studied in detail using differential pulse voltammetry(DPV) and cyclic voltammetry(CV).Compared with bare gold electrode,the peak current increased clearly on the GR modified gold electrode in [Fe(CN)6]3-/4-solution.GR could improve the sensitivity of the imprinted polymer sensor for detection of rutin obviously.Under the optimized conditions,a logarithmic linear relationship between peak current and rutin concentration was found at the range of 4.40× 10-6-2.80× 10-4 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.46× 10-6 mol/L.It was used for the determination of rutin from black tea with satisfactory results.
