摘    要:采用直角三杯法结合荧光分光光度计扫描图谱,观察5种无机离子对敏感膜光谱的影响,探讨5种离子引起膜荧光猝来的不同因素,包括动态猝灭,内过滤,共振能量转移等因素中一种或几种之和,图法了量化的各猝灭因素的大小。

Abstract:Authors use three cell method combining with fluorospectrophotometer to scan spectra and measure data of five inorganic ions to discuss different quenching factors of five inorganic ions. The experiment results have proved that the response is from multi factors which include dynamic quenching, inner filter and forster transfer etc. we have figured different quenching factors.
