Electrophysical characteristics of nonlinear resistors based on polymer-CuInSe2 + 10 mol % MnSe solid solution composite

Abstract:The current-voltage characteristic and the resistivity of composite resistors (varistors) made of nonpolar propylene and CuInSe2 (chalcopyrite) + 10 mol % MnSe solid solution are studied. It is found that the amount of the composite’s constituents influences both the current-voltage characteristic and the resistivity.
