Abstract:In this paper, effect of Lewis bases on the configuration of isotactic and atactic polypropylene, the tacticity of triad and pentad as well as the number average sequence length have been studied by 13C-NMR spectra. The effect of Lewis bases on raising the stereospecifi-city of polypropylene structure for Lib, Lo, Li, Ln, has been obtained, the isotacticity measured using extraction with boiling-heptane has been explained from the configuration of polypropylene.
