铝合金LC4和LY12CZ应变率相关力学性能的实验研究

摘    要:对国产铝合金LC4和LY12CZ进行了准静态和动态拉伸、压缩试验研究。应变率范围从2×10(-4)~1.4×10~3s~(-1)。实验表明:LC4和LY12CZ都是应变率不敏感材料,同时发现它们的压缩应力应变曲线高于拉伸应力应变曲线。本文根据实验结果分别建立起该材料的本构方程。

Abstract:The rate-dependence quality of the AL-alloys of LC4 and LY12CZ have been investigated experimentally under quasistatic and dynamic loadings of tensile and compression. The strain rate ranges from 2x 10h-4 to 1.4x 103 s-1. It showed that LC4 and LY12CZ are rate-independent materials. The experimental result of the stress-strain relation is shown. It is also shown that the compressed stress-strain relation is higher than that of the tensile stress-strain relation.
