焦炭塔变形机理分析

摘    要:焦炭塔由于其苛刻的作业工况,在运行若干年后出现筒体鼓胀变形。对焦炭塔的变形机理进行了分析,利用圆柱形壳体弯曲理论对焦炭塔筒体在温度应力和内压的作用下所产生的内力和位移进行求解。利用MISES屈服准则,可以判定在水冷阶段筒体部分区域进入塑性,产生周期性的塑性残余变形。残余变形随着生焦次数的增加而增加,由此可得出焦炭塔的鼓胀变形主要是渐次塑性变形积累的结果。

Abstract:The coke drum deformation appears after many years slashing running. Bending theory of cylindrical shell was used to solve the internal force and displacement of the coke drum body which was suffer from temperature stress and inner compressive force. MISES yield rule was used to determine the region which had yielded during the process of temperature rising and dropping. The deformation increased with the cycle running of the coke drum. Therefore, we come to the conclusion that the deformation of coke drum is the result of progressive plastic deformation.
