| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了痕量元素分析中的随机误差的规律性。文中对专家们提出的各种误差分布模型进行了比较和分析。采用12个标准物质样品的23种痕量元素的大量分析数据，对痕量分析的相对标准偏差和含量的关系进行了不同模型的研究，并由此得到相应的数学表达式，用于控制痕量分析中的随机误差，数学表达式表明了检出限，含量和随机误差的关系，采用此数学表达式对23种痕量元素的4万余个分析数据进行了检验，结果和我们预期的结论相当吻合。

| Abstract: | The regularity of random error of trace element analysis is discussed.Different models of error distribution given by experts are compared and evaluated.Based on thousands of data of results obtained by analysis of 23 trace elements in 12 standard reference samples,GBW07301-GBW07312,the relationship between RSD of trace element analysis and content is studied by different patterns.A quantitative mathematics formula is obtained which can be used to control the random error in trace element analysis.This formula shows the connection of detect limit,content and random error in different trace element analysis.Test of the errors in 40 thousand of analysis of 23 trace elements in the laboratory is quite consistent with the conclusion. |
