体育公共服务多元化供给研究

体育公共服务供给是体育公共服务体系建设中的核心问题，供给不足与失衡、质量低下、效率不高是现阶段我国公共体育服务所面临的最大困境．政府应通过税收政策激励、法律法规完善等手段来充分调动社会力量，尤其需要非营利体育组织、企业以及个人参与到体育公共服务的供给中来，以实现体育公共服务供给的多元化，全方位、多层次地向全社会提供优质高效的体育公共服务．

On Diversification of Sports Supply for Public Service
