| 摘 要： | 提出测量光学系统单色光畸变的一种新方法,采用的是造价低廉、制作简便的非线性全息光栅作标准多平行光束发生器。通过两个测量实例,分析测量误差,对相关问题进行讨论。最后提出角畸变测量的概念及提高测量精度的途径。

| Abstract: | A new measurement method of monochromatic light distortion of optical systm, in which low cost price and easy manufactured nonlinear holographic grating are taken as normal multiple beam generator, is put forth. The method has the advantages of simple light path, convenient adjustment, high accurate measurement and easy data processing. The measurement errors are analyzed by taking two practical examples and some relative problems are discussed.Finally, the concept of angular distorton measurement and the approach to increasing measurement accuracy are given out. |
