摘    要:本文用毛细管电泳对乙肝病毒聚合酶反应扩增产物进行了检测,并用这一方法和酶联免疫吸附实验以及PCR与传统电泳联用的方法进行比较,探讨了用高效,快速,微量,易自动化的毛细管电泳代替传统检测方法的可能性,取得了令人满意的结果。

Abstract:Non-gel sieving mode of capillary electrophoresis (CE) recommended by Hjerten and Zhu was used to determine the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) product of the hepatitis B virus. The 565 bp fragment of DNA of the hepatitis B virus was checked within only 12 min. Quantitative analysis of the fragments is also possible. Several samples of the patients were measured and the results were compared with those got from PCR-conventional electrophoresis and those from enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Because the extent of sieving depends on the viscosity of the medium and on the chain length of the polymer , the selectivity will be flexible according to the use of the medium and/or the polymer.
