掺Er~(3+)/Yb~(3+)氟铝玻璃非辐射跃迁的研究

摘    要:测量了掺Er3+/Yb3+氟铝玻璃的吸收谱,在0.98μm附近,比掺Er3+氟铝玻璃具有明显的吸收增强.用Judd-Ofelt理论得出了其光谱参量Ωλ(λ=2,4,6),并计算了有关能级的声子跃迁速率.理论分析及实验结果表明,该材料适合于频率上转换激光的产生

Abstract:Absorption spectra and fluorescence in Er 3 /Yb 3 doped fluoroaluminate glass have been measured. According to Judd ofelt theory, the parameters of spectro line strenth have been caculated nonradiative transitions of Er 3 levers have been also analiged. Results show that Er 3 /Yb 3 doped fluoroaluminate glass is a good material for upconversition laser.
