摘    要:研究了水热合成莫来石超细粉粒子的稳定性;考察了乙醇溶剂置换、三乙醇胺改性及真空干燥方法对莫来石超细粉粒子在干燥、储存过程中的团聚的影响.得出改性剂三乙醇胺能有效地抑制莫来石超细粉粒子在干燥、储存过程中的团聚,提高粒子的稳定性.采用乙醇进行溶剂置换,也可以抑制莫来石超细粉粒子在干燥过程中的团聚,并改善其储存稳定性.真空干燥方法可以减轻莫来石超细粉粒子在干燥过程中的团聚.

Abstract:The stability is studied of the mullite superfine powders prepared in hydrothermal synthesis. The effects are also studied of the drying methods such as agents ethanol, triethanolamine and the vacuum permutation on the agglomeration of mullite superfine powders during drying process and preservation. The conclusion is that the agent triethanolamine is able to restrain the agglomeration of mullite superfine powders during drying process and preservation and raise the stability of the mullite superfine powders. By utilizing ethanol to displace the solvent, the agglomeration of mullite superfine powders during drying process and the stability during preservation will be improved. Vacuum drying method will lighten the agglomeration of ultrafine particles during the drving process as well.
