积累型微光CCD摄像机

积累型微光ＣＣＤ摄像机是利用ＣＣＤ变积累控制技术而研制成功的一种高灵敏高摄像机，该成果所采用的技术路线是提出对微光图像信号进行积分，抑制随机噪声利用ＣＣＤ图顺具有的电荷积累特性，改变其读取转移时间，延长信号在ＣＣＤ靶面上累积电荷的时间，从而提高静目标或亚静目标的灵敏度，同时，研制了一系列抑制装置，从而有效地提高了信噪比。
