| 摘 要： | 通过对 32 0例病例及对照组进行头颅 CT、TCD及心电图等方面的临床检查及观察 ,对血压、心脏、血糖和血脂等方面的检查及观察 ,并进行酗酒、年龄等方面的分析 ,进一步证实了高血压、冠心病、动脉硬化、糖尿病是脑血管病的主要危险因素 ;高凝状态及细胞毒作用是脑血管病最新的重要的危险因素 ;酗酒、年龄等均成为导致脑血管疾病的多危险因素 .上述这些因素相互渗透、相互作用 ,互为因果 ,成为主要因素 ,又成为新的危险因素 ,还成为伴随及依赖的危险因素以及多危险因素之间的相关性 ,使脑血管病成为一个多危险因素的疾病 .

| Abstract: | This study was to search for the dangerous factors of cerebrovasculor diseases(CVD).Clinical studies of 320 patients with CVD were reviewed retrospectively.Brain CT, TCG, hypertension,coronary heart diseases,diabetes,hypercholesterenia,smoking,alcohol, drug, and ageing were observed or examined and were compared with the normal group. Hypertension,coronary heart diseases,hypercholesteremia diabetes,alcohol,aging and drug history are the dangerous factors of CVD.Hypertension is the most dangerous factor of CVD. |
