摘    要:Theseparationofopticalisomersisarapidlygrowingareaincapillaryelectrophoresis(CE),andmostchiralseparationbyCEhavebeenperformedinaqueousbackgroundelectrolyte.Organicsolventssuchasmethanolandacetonitrilehavebeenappliedasbuffermodifiersatconcentrationtypicallynothigherthan40%inordertoincreasehydrophobicanalytesolubilityandtoimproveselectivity,resolution,ortoaltertheelectroosmoticflow(EOF)andelectrophoreticmobilityofanalyte.Buttherehavebeenonlyafewreportsonthechiralseparationusingpurenonaqueousme…
