| Abstract: | We consider trivariate Cr spline spaces of degree d defined on arbitrary tetrahedral partitions. A lower bound for the dimension of trivariate spline spaces over arbitrary tetrahedral partitions for d > r is computed. This is the first general lower bound known. |
