基于在线小波变换的毛细管电泳信号滤噪方法

摘    要:将在线小波变换用于毛细管电泳信号的滤噪处理,满足了毛细管电泳信号采集过程中实时处理和监控的需求.针对毛细管电泳信号的特点,采用固定时间窗的在线小波变换,并给出最佳时间窗长的选择方法.模拟信号和冬虫夏草的毛细管电泳信号滤噪实验的结果表明,该方法在保持峰位与峰高不变的情况下可显著提高信噪比,有效滤除了噪声峰.

Abstract:A filter of capillary electrophoresis signals with online wavelet transform was developed. The online wavelet transform with fixed time window was used and how to select the best length of time window was discussed. The simulated signals and the capillary electrophoresis signals of Cordyceps sinens were used to test this method. The results showed that this method could significantly improve the signal-to-noise ratio and efficiently filter the noise peaks. But, the peak position and the peak value remained unchanged.
