甜叶醇的结构改造及生物活性试验

摘    要:本文以生源学说为理论依据,通过水解甜菊苷得到赤霉素类似物的先导母体甜叶醇和异甜叶醇,再分别对它们进行有目的的结构改造,获得一系列植物生长调节剂.其中七个新化合物均经元素分析、质谱、核磁、红外分析,确定了结构.初步的生物活性试验表明,大多数化合物在促进水稻种子发芽过程中,活性优于GA3.

Abstract:According to the theory of biogenesis, steviol and gibberelline are metabolites from ent-kaurene as homologous compounds. So the hydrolytic products from stevioside-steviol and isosteviol may be the precursors of analogs of GA, which will show the same bioactivity as GA. After modifying their structures, we have got a series of PGRs. All the new compounds have been verified by EA,MS, 1HNMR, IR, and most of them have apparent bioactivity in physiological testing (compared with GA3 ).
