纳米铝微粒制备的研究进展

摘    要:综述了近年来铝纳米微粒制备方法的研究进展,详细介绍了物理气相沉积法、化学法和机械法的方法原理、特点及其制备研究中存在的问题,并对其未来研究进行了展望:(1)深入地研究纳米铝微粒的结构和性质及制备机理;(2)发展和完善现有制备工艺,寻求适合工业化生产的高效、廉价制备途径;(3)纳米铝微粒的表面改性和修饰技术研究.

Abstract:This paper provides a review of the research progress in preparing Al nanoparticles,and the operational principle,characterizes traits and the problems of the methods,e.g.physical vapour deposition(PVD),chemical method and mechanical method.It also gives prospect of their research:(1) Structure,property and mechanism of Al nanoparticles will be researched deeply;(2) In order to seek high-efficient and low-cost method for industry producing,the prebaration in existence must be developed and perfected;(3) The surface modification of Al nanoparticle will be studied.
