摘    要:The transfer of low frequency signal by the nonneutral electron plasma in EV deviceis investigated in this paper.The experiment results are consistent with approximate theoryand numerical calculation of rigorous theory,showing that the transfer is due to the wholemovement of the electron plasma.This work provides a practical method for measuring thetotal nonneutral electron plasma energy in similar EV device without destroying the plasmaState.
