非公有制企业女工劳动权益保护存在的问题及对策

摘    要:在非公有制企业中,侵害女工劳动权益的现象比较普遍。除了劳动力供大于求和一些地方政府认识不到位外,还有法律不健全、执法不严、企业经营者违法以及女工自身素质较低等方面的原因。完善法律法规、加大普法宣传力度、严格执法、发挥工会维权功能、规范劳动力市场和提高妇女就业能力是保护女工劳动权益的有效途径。

Abstract:In non-public-owned enterprises, the aggression upon women workers' working right is more common. Apart from that the labor supply is more than its demand and cognition of some local governments is insufficient, there are still some reasons why this phenomenon exists such as the imperfect laws, loose law enforcement, illegal activities of enterprise operators, and lower quality of women workers, etc. And the effective paths for protecting women workers' working right are perfecting the laws and regulations, strengthening the law popularizing, making strict law enforcement, giving full play to labor union's right-maintaining function, regulating the labor market and increasing the women's employing ability.
