接枝共聚单体与淀粉接枝共聚物上浆性能的研究

摘    要:以为淀粉接枝引发剂,研究了接枝共聚单体对淀粉接枝共聚物(SGC)上浆性能的影响.首先通过实验对丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)、醋酸乙烯酯(VAC)和丙烯腈(AN)10种接枝单体进行筛选,然后根据所归纳出的SGC浆料接枝支链的分子结构模型[1],探讨了几种组合共聚单体对其上浆性能的影响.实验表明,接枝单体对SGC浆料的上浆性能影响很大,多元化的单体组成有利于提高它的上浆性能.

Abstract:The graft copolymerization was carried out in aqueous dispersion by usingeerie ammonium nitrate as initiator under nitrogen atmosphere. By grafting a number ofmonomers such as acrylic acid,acrylamide, hydroxyethyl acrylate,methyl acrylate,ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate, vinyl acetate and acrylonitrileonto granular corn starch respectively and then combinatively, the influence of the graftmonomers upon the sizing properties of starch graft copolymers was studied, and the sizingproperties was improved markedly. The experiments demonstrate that the graft monomershave a marked influence upon the sizing properties and a variety of graft comonomers can improve the sizing properties of starch graft copolymer dramastically.
