药用植物真伪品的FT-Raman光谱法鉴别研究

摘    要:首次采用近红外傅里叶变换拉曼光谱法 (NIR Raman)无损快速鉴别了药用植物肉桂、天麻及其伪(混淆 )品。结果表明 :药用植物肉桂、天麻及其伪 (混淆 )品在拉曼光谱图上有明显的差别。如肉桂在 1 60 0和 1 3 0 0cm- 1有较特征的基频振动峰 ,而肉桂的混淆品阴香 1 3 3 0cm- 1的峰较弱 ,相反的是 1 62 4和 1 5 97cm- 1的基频振动峰较强。天麻在 2 91 4cm- 1的C H振动峰与羊角天麻的 2 93 4cm- 1位移了 2 0个波数 ,另外羊角天麻在 1 60 5cm- 1有较强的拉曼基频振动峰 ,而药用天麻此处未见振动峰。凭借这些谱峰的差异可进行药材的真伪鉴别。该方法具有快速、准确、操作简单、不破坏样品 ,可直接进行鉴别的特点。

Abstract:In this paper, cortex cinnamomi, rhizoma gastrodiae and their confused samples were directly identification by means of NIR FT-Raman Spectroscopy respectively for the first time. The results indicated that the different raw Chhinese herbs had different characters in vibration frequency of Raman functional groups. Cortex cinnamomi had strong vibration bands at 1600 and 1330 cm -1 while its confused sample's strong bands at 1624 cm -1 and 1597 cm -1 and the weak band at 1330 cm -1. The C-H vibration band at 2914 cm -1 of rhizoma gastrodiae shifted 20 cm -1 to 2934 cm -1 of false rhizoma gastrodiae which had strong Raman shift at 1605 cm -1, but there wasn't any Raman shift at the same site of Rhizoma gastrodiae. Based on the differences, the Chinese herbs can be identified. The method may be used in non-destructive detection, and it is relatively more precise and quicker.
