| Abstract: | Saponification of oils and its related products play an important role in human life and industrial production. Herein, this paper personifies the saponification reaction of oils, introduces its transformation physical and chemical principles and related properties, and enables readers to understand relevant chemical theories and knowledge while simultaneously enjoy the great fun of reading this story. |
