南开大学化学学科从2009年起实施基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划。经过十年的探索和改革,取得了一些成绩。本文从培养目标、教学计划、科研创新能力培养、国际化等几个方面,分享南开化学拔尖人才培养模式的探索与实践。

Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Mode of Top Talents in Chemistry of Nankai University

Since 2009, Nankai University has implemented the Top Talent Training Program of basic disciplines in chemistry. After ten years of exploration and reform, some achievements have been made. This paper shares the exploration and practice of cultivating mode of top talented undergraduates in chemistry of Nankai University from the aspects of training objectives, teaching plans, cultivation of scientific research innovation ability, and internationalization.
