基于能量修正法进行大尺寸指数型超声变幅杆准确设计

摘    要:基于能量修正法修正了大尺寸变幅杆纵振动共振频率方程,得出了其修正频率表达式,分析了大尺寸指数型变幅杆的共振频率修正值,并利用有限元软件ANSYS对一组大尺寸指数变幅杆进行了模态分析。结果表明,比起一维理论值,修正后的频率值更接近于有限元仿真分析结果,变幅杆的尺寸越大(即径长比越大)这种修正效果越明显。

Abstract:Based on energy modification method, the longitudinal resonance frequency equation of large dimension exponential horn was modified in the article. As a example, the longitudinal resonance modification frequency of large dimension exponential horn was studied. By finite element analysis software ANSYS, a set of large dimension ex- ponential horn were analysed. Comparing with one-dimensional theory, the solutions of coupled theory are closer to finite element analysis solutions, and the larger for the dimension, the better for modify effect.
