| Abstract: | An analysis is given of literature information on the liquid column chromatography of coumarins for 1983–1990. Questions of the classification of the methods used, the choice of the optimum detection regime, and the conditions of chromatographic separation are discussed. The relationship between the structures of coumarins and their chromatographic behavior is considered. Conditions for the separation, isolation, and analysis of coumarins in various materials are given.Kemerov State Medical Institute.
