基于OWA算子的不同形式偏好信息的群决策方法

研究了决策者(或专家)的偏好信息以不同形式给出的群决策问题。首先,利用不同偏好信息之间的转换公式,将偏好次序型、效用值型、互补判矩阵型三种偏好信息一致化为互反判矩阵型的偏好信息。其次,利用OWA算子对一致化的决策信息进行群集结,再对各方案的相对优势度进行综合集结,并以此进行方案的排序。提出了基于OWA算子的群决策方法。最后,通过实例说明方法的可行性和实用性。

On method based on OWA operator for group decision -making in different forms of preference information

The aim of this paper is to study group decision-making problems, in which the information provided by decision-makers (experts) about the alternatives can be of different forms. Firstly, three forms of preference information (preference orderings, utility values and fuzzy complementary judgment matrix) are uniformed into reciprocal judgment matrices by using the transformation formulas of each other. Secondly, we make use of ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator for aggregating the decision-making information uniformed. Furthermore, the alternatives are ranked by using the relative dominance degree which is aggregated by OWA operator. A new method based on OWA operators for group decision-making problems is proposed. Finally, an example is illustrated to show the feasibility and practicability of the developed method.
