微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定毒清药中铅和镉

摘    要:介绍了一种微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定"毒清药"中铅和镉含量的方法。试样用HNO3-H2O2消解,校准曲线法进行测定。测定结果表明毒清药中含有9.087μg/g Pb,1.480μg/g Cd。回收率为95%—107%,相对标准偏差为4.5%—5.2%(n=8),结果准确。

Abstract:A method for determination of Pb and Cd in Du Qing Yao by GFAAS with microwave digestion was presented.The sample was digested with HNO3-H2O2 and the contents were determined by calibration curve method.The contents of Pb and Cd were 9.087μg/g and 1.480μg/g,respectively.The recoveries for Pb and Cd were in the range of 95%—107% with RSD of 4.5%—5.2%(n=8),and the results were satisfactory.
