| Abstract: | The title compound 1-（8-quinoline）-3-（3,5-dibromo-pyridyl）-triazene（QBPyT） was synthesized from the epipolic 8-aminoquinoline combination with pyridine reagent,whose substance was confirmed by elemental analysis,infrared spectra and 1H NMR.The excitation and emission wavelengths of product had the intense fluorescence at 248nm and 496nm in a basic medium,respectively,and the fluorescence intensity was enhanced by Sb（Ⅲ）.Based on the mechanism,the new fluorescence analysis for the determination of Sb（Ⅲ） by QBPyT was established.The linear range for method was 1.6×10^-7—1.2×10^-5mol/L,with a detection limit 9.0×10^-8mol/L.The method was used for the determination of trace Sb（Ⅲ） in ore sampleswith satisfactory results. |
