紫外分光光度法测定废水中的乙基黄原酸钾

摘    要:乙基黄原酸钾在301nm处有最大吸收峰.在酸性条件下,乙基黄原酸钾能迅速分解,同时其吸收峰消失.根据此特性,可采用紫外分光光度法测定生产废水中乙基黄原酸钾的含量.以待测废水样作背景校正,可以有效的消除干扰.该方法的检出限为0.01mg/L,方法的线性范围为0.04-18mg/L.水样测定的相对标准偏差为1.63%.加标...

Abstract:Potassium ethyl xanthate had the maximum absorption peak at 301nm.In acidic conditions,potassium ethyl xanthate decomposed rapidly,meanwhile its characteristic peak disappeared.Based on this characteristic,the contents of potassium ethyl xanthate in the waste water could be determined by UV spectrophotometry.With the analyte water sample for background correction removed the interfering effect of other constituents.The detection limit was 0.01mg/L,and the determination range was 0.04—18mg/L.The relative standard deviation of method was 1.63%,and recoveries were between 98.65% and 102.3%.The method showed a good liner relationship,good accuracy,high sensitivity and simple operation.
