摘    要:用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定葡萄籽中硒,结果表明,葡萄籽中微量元素Se在选定最佳条件下能够可靠、准确测得,且方法回收率在93.5%—108.9%之间,RSD在2.02%—4.63%之间,方法准确、快速、简便,适用于同类样品的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The content of Se in grape seeds was determined by hydride generation-AFS.The results showed that microelement Se can be accurately and reliably determined at the selected optimum condition in the grape seed,and the recovery was between 93.5% and 108.9% with RSD in the range of 2.02%—4.63%.This method is accurate,fast,simple,and suitable for determining the similar kinds of samples with satisfactory results.
