摘    要:表面无保护剂的小粒径纳米银与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用可引起BSA特征荧光的猝灭。而若先向体系中加入半胱氨酸(Cys),其巯基与A g的强相互作用可降低体系中的纳米银与BSA的相互作用,使BSA荧光猝灭程度降低。体系在350nm处荧光强度的变化与Cys的浓度呈线性关系,线性范围为3.3×10-8—3.3×10-4m ol/L,相关系数为0.9982。基于这种光谱的变化,可用来测定Cys。

Abstract:The interaction between bovine serum albumin(BSA) and small grain size nanosilver without protective agent was studied,which presented a quenching characteristic fluorescence of BSA.If cysteine was added into the system in advance,its mercapto groups can strongly interact with Ag,and the interaction of BSA and nanosilver decreased.The degrees of fluorescence quencheing could depressed.The fluorescence intensity had a linear relationship with the concentration of cysteine at 350nm,and the linear range was in the range of 3.3×10^-8mol/L and 3.3×10^-4mol/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9982.Based on above the changes of spectral behaviors,the determination of the cysteine could be realized.
