大黄酸与锌配位反应的影响因素

摘    要:通过单因素试验和正交试验,系统研究了大黄酸与锌离子发生配位反应的影响因素。结果表明,大黄酸锌配合物合成的最佳条件:pH为9.0,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为80min。最佳条件验证实验最大产率为87.3%,采用红外光谱对配合物进行了表征。

Abstract:The influencing factors on the reaction between rhein and zinc were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The optimal conditions were as follows: pH of 9.0,reaction temperature of 30℃ and reaction time for 80min.Under optimal conditions,the yield of the complex was 87.3%.The structure of the complex was characterized by IR spectrum.
