Abstract:Three structural stable curcumin derivant named 1,5-bis(4-Hydroxyphenyl)-1,4-pentadie-ne-3-one(1a),2,5-bis(4-Hydroxybenzylidene)cyclopentanone(1b) and 2,6-bis(4-Hydroxyb-enzylidene)cyclohexanone(1c)with a monoketone were synthesized using bis-distyryl-ketone instead of bis-distyryl-bis-ketone.The interaction between curcumin derivant and tyrosinase was investigated by fluorescence quenching method.It was found that the fluorescence of compounds could be quenched by tyrosinase.The binding constant KA between tyrosinase and curcumin derivant were 104.8L·mol·^-1 for 1a,106.4L·mol^-1 for 1b,and 105.1L·mol^-1 for 1c with the binding sites(n) value of 0.95,1.21 and 1.05,respectively.
