HPLC检测某些止咳中药制剂中的氨溴索

选用色谱柱：Aglient Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）,以乙腈∶0.01mol/L磷酸氢二胺溶液（磷酸调pH 7.0）=30∶70（V/V）为流动相。根据所检测到化合物的色谱保留时间,并与对照品比较,鉴别中药制剂中非法掺入的氨溴索化学药,以期建立HPLC测定止咳中药制剂中非法掺入的化学止咳平喘药物氨溴索。结果表明本实验建立的条件能够把中药制剂中添加的化学药物（氨溴索）完全分离开来;对20种制剂用建立的分析技术进行了检测,经与相应的标准物质比较,得到20种样品均未含氨溴索。说明该方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可作为中药制剂中非法掺入化学药物成分氨溴索的有效手段。

Determination of Ambroxol in Some Cough Preparations of Traditional Chinese Medicine by HPLC

The method for determination of the content of ambroxol that mixed illegally in some cough preparation of traditional Chinese medicine was established by HPLC on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）with acetonitrile-0.01mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate（adjusting pH of 7.0 for phosphoric acid）=30∶70（V/V） as a mobile phase.According to the detected retention time of compound,compared with the reference substance,the chemical drug ambroxol was identified.The established conditions could entirely separate additional chemical drug in traditional Chinese medicine preparation.The 20 kinds of preparations were detected by established analysis technology,and compared with the corresponding standard substances ambroxol was not obtained with the 20 kinds of samples.The method is selective,sensitive,and can be used as an effective means to detect illegal additional chemical drug ambroxol in TCM preparation.
