Abstract:	β-Phenyl derivatives of saturated ketones were obtained from the reaction of α,β-unsaturated ketones and PhHgcl or Ph₄Sn in the presence of catalytic amount of TBA⁺Cl_? and PdCl₂ in a two phase system.
